Lee & Associates Promotes Eric Skogmo to VP 

Eric Skogmo has been promoted to vice president at Lee & Associates | Maryland. Skogmo’s responsibilities include leasing and investment sales assignments, serving clients with new location or expansion requirements, as well as landlords and investors seeking to lease or sell properties. 

Working with Lee & Associates principal Ned Brady, Skogmo helped execute a number of leasing and sale transactions last year, including the 109,192 square foot lease signed by Metalrays, LLC at 1003 Konica Drive in Cecil County, Samaritan’s Purse’s acquisition of 7210 Ambassador Road for $10.5 million in Baltimore County, as well as several leases signed by Dill Dinkers to house its pickleball concept.
