Lee & Associates PNW Welcomes Rachel Corp as Senior Vice President

Lee & Associates’ Commercial Real Estate Services announced the addition of Rachel Corp as senior vice pPresident in the firm’s Tacoma office. Corp brings a deep foundation in retail leasing and investment sales, along with a growth-focused mindset that aligns with Lee & Associates’ entrepreneurial culture.

Corp will focus on retail landlord and tenant representation throughout the Puget Sound region, with an emphasis on local and regional retail facilities. She joined the firm after having recently experienced building and operating KW Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Pierce County.

Corp entered the real estate industry in 1985, earning her license and initially working at Cushman and Wakefield before later working at Kidder Mathews as a retail specialist. There, she gained broad transactional experience and demonstrated a strong ability to manage deals with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
