Lee & Associates PNW Names Scott Hutchinson as President

Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest has appointed Scott Hutchinson as president.

Hutchinson joins Lee & Associates from Glacier Development Company and Schuchart Hutchinson, where he serves as president. Hutchinson is a well-regarded figure in both the regional commercial real estate community and the broader philanthropic landscape. In his new role, he will oversee the day-to-day management and strategic growth of the firm’s commercial brokerage operations across Washington state.

Hutchinson succeeds Jim Bowles, co-founder of Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest, who has served as company president since the firm’s Seattle launch in 2017. Bowles will transition to the role of co-founder and executive managing director, focusing on strategic company initiatives and business development. A longtime commercial brokerage veteran, Bowles brings more than 40 years of leadership experience, having previously served as regional manager at Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, and CBRE before co-founding Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest.
