Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest Promotes John Bruss

Lee & Associates | Pacific Northwest announced the promotion of John Brussa to principal.

Since joining the firm in 2019, he has been instrumental in the continued expansion of the company’s industrial and office platform across King and Pierce Counties. With this promotion, he becomes the youngest Principal Lee & Associates | Pacific Northwest history.

Specializing in the leasing and sale of industrial and flex properties, Brussa actively represents more than 1.5 million square feet of space on behalf of investors, owners, and occupiers throughout the Puget Sound region. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 500 transactions totaling approximately $300 million in consideration.

Brussa will continue to be based in Lee & Associates’ Bellevue office, serving clients throughout King and Pierce Counties with their industrial and office real estate needs. His broad experience representing multiple sides of a deal provides clients with practical insight into market dynamics, negotiation strategy, and execution.
