Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest Brings Queen Anne Apartments to Market

Lee & Associates announced the listing of the Ella Robert Apartments, a 23-unit vintage apartment community located at 16 Valley Street on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, Washington.

Originally constructed in 1928, the 15,627-square-foot property sits on an 11,067-square-foot site and features views of the Seattle skyline, Space Needle, Mount Rainier, and Elliott Bay. The property is exclusively marketed by Lee & Associates’ Northwest Multifamily Team of Candice Chevaillier, Daniel Lim, Sara Bago, Dea Sumantri, and Nisha Tomar.

“We are thrilled to bring such an iconic property to the market,” said Candice Chevaillier, Principal of Lee & Associates. “The Ella Robert has everything. Location, outdoor space, upside, and even a penthouse. We expect strong investor demand for this quality asset.” The property also features a rare penthouse unit, historically utilized as a short-term rental, offering flexibility for an owner-user or additional income potential.
