Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest Adds Cole Soreano as Associate Vice President

Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services announced the addition of Cole Soreano as an Associate Vice President in the firm’s brokerage division.

Soreano brings a strong transactional foundation and a collaborative, client-focused approach. He will focus on industrial and office leasing and sales throughout the Puget Sound region.

Soreano will work alongside a team of experienced brokers, supporting both landlord and tenant representation across a range of property types. He joins the firm from Ayers Commercial Group in Seattle, where he recently participated in over one hundred lease and sale transactions across office, retail, and industrial properties.

His experience includes both listing as well as tenant and buyer representation, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of market dynamics and client needs. The locally owned Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest office was founded in 2017 and has fifty brokers in three offices, recently welcoming its 17th broker to the company partnership.
