Lee & Associates Orange Completes 160K SF in Leases

Lee & Associates’ Orange County brokers completed roughly 160,000 square feet of leasing activity recently. The total value of the office and industrial leases exceeds $9.1 million.

Among the 16 deals executed included an office lease by Kanex for nearly 4,000 square feet at 3 Pointe Dr. in Brea, CA (pictured). Lee & Associates’ Allen Buchanan and Joshua Harper represented the tenant and Olen Realty Corp.’s Lisa Palomino represented the landlord.

Other deals include:

– The Network Group took more than 14,200 square feet of industrial space at 1139 N. Patt in Anaheim, CA. Lee & Associates’ Jeff Gahagan and John Seoane represented the tenant, while Colliers’ Brian Chastain and Chuck Wilson represented the landlord.
– CDC, 3PL, Inc. took 13,485 square feet of industrial space at 4421 La Palma in Anaheim. Ashwill Associates’ Tom Mulrooney represented the tenant. Lee & Associates’ Jon Passsfiume and Bryan Miller represented the landlord.
– Weidemann Water Conditioners, LLC leased 11,737 square feet of industrial space at 1260 N. Sunshine Way in Anaheim. Lee and Associates’ Jeff Gahagan and Bob Sattler represented the tenant. Lee & Associates’ Johnny Eubanks represented the landlord.
– MAT Services, LLC took nearly 73,000 square feet of industrial space at 1020 S. Mildred in Ontario. Lee & Associates’ Tom Grant represented the tenant, while Lee’s John Seonne represented the landlord.
