Evan Scroggs has joined the newly opened Baton Rouge, LA office of Lee & Associates.

Lee & Associates Opens Baton Rouge Office, Installs Evan Scroggs as Leader

Lee & Associates, a broker-owned commercial real estate firm, has opened new office in Baton Rouge, LA. The office will specialize in industrial, office, land, and retail brokerage and plans to strategically build a team that will grow its capabilities throughout the southern LA market.

During the initial start-up period, the Lee & Associates Houston office will provide resources and assistance to ensure that the new Baton Rouge office is well-supported.

The Lee & Associates Baton Rouge team will be led by Evan Scroggs.

Scroggs, formerly a senior advisor with NAI Latter & Blum, brings 13 years of experience in office and industrial sales and leasing and is an active member of the Baton Rouge commercial real estate community. Currently, he serves on the planning and zoning commission for East Baton Rouge parish and has held leadership roles in the Louisiana CCIM Chapter as president and as a member of the board of directors.
