Lee & Associates of Illinois Plans Expansion, Relocation to Oakbrook Terrace
Lee & Associates of Illinois has signed a new long-term lease at One Lincoln Center, 18W140 Butterfield Road in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
The move, set for Q3 2026 occupancy, marks the firm’s first transition out of the Rosemont area since its 2002 inception. Hamilton Partners, owner-landlord of One Lincoln Center, was self-represented in this transaction.
“After more than two decades of successful operations in Rosemont, this move represents an exciting milestone for our firm,” said John Cassidy, SIOR, principal. “One Lincoln Center offers us a more strategic location to serve our clients, superior building quality, and a central location that’s convenient for most of our staff. The surrounding amenities and improved economics made this an ideal choice as we continue to grow.”
Built in 1986, One Lincoln Centre is a 318,000-square-foot landmark property is surrounded by hotels, retail amenities and expressway access. The 14th-floor space was leased by Lee & Associates of Illinois, and the company will remain in its current space at 9450 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue until its 2026 relocation.
