Lee & Associates of Illinois Negotiates Bensenville Industrial Building Sale

Lee & Associates of Illinois has closed a $3.3 million sale transaction for a 32,120-square-foot industrial building located at 1029-1033 Bryn Mawr Avenue in Bensenville, Illinois.

Michael Plumb, principal, Bradley Simousek, senior vice president, and Colin Sons, associate, all with Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented a private owner in the sale.  Dustin Albers, senior vice president, also with Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the buyer, Doctor Rooter 911. The commercial plumbing company has two other locations in Bensenville, which was a key factor in their search.

“My client was very happy to find a new location to purchase in Bensenville and stay in the area,” Albers said. “They had a lease expiring, but this is an expansion into a larger facility that will help facilitate their continued business growth.”
