SVN | Chicago Commercial facilitated the sale of Auburn Manor Apartments, a 108-unit multifamily property located at 4026–4224 Auburn Street in Rockford, Illinois. The 104,956-square-foot, 100% HAP Section 8 asset traded for $5.1 million.

SVN represented the seller, a repeat client, in the transaction. This sale marks the final disposition within the client’s portfolio, as the firm shifts its focus toward third-party management assignments. The deal was led by SVN | Chicago Commercial Advisors Reid Bennett, CCIM, Cody Doran, and Dan Short, MBA.
