Lee & Associates of Illinois negotiated a $1.8 million sale of a 1.03-acre retail pad located at 4839 W. 111^th Street, Alsip, Illinois. The property was formerly the Bakers Square Restaurant and will now be the home of a new Belle Tire development.

Rick Scardino, Principal at Lee & Associates, represented the seller, Orion Capital. Dave and Ryan Chopp of DRC Realty, LLC represented the buyer, Barnes Development Company d/b/a Belle Tire, an American tire, wheel, and automotive service retailer headquartered in Allen Park, Michigan.

“We were able to create tremendous interest in this site and generate numerous competing offers to exceed pricing expectations,” said Scardino. The property’s location is a sought-after site at the 111^th Street and Cicero Avenue quadrant, which sees a traffic count of nearly 25,000 vehicles per day. Belle Tire operates more than 130 locations in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois.
