Lee & Associates of Illinois Brokers Two Orland Park Property Sales

Lee & Associates has closed a pair of sale transactions in Orland Park, Illinois.

Carole Caveney, senior vice president at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, Marquette Bank, on the off-market disposition of a 10,892-square-foot office building at 15959 S. 108th Avenue in Orland Park, Illinois. John Arends of Colliers represented the buyer, a private investor. The one-story building is situated on a 1.45-acre lot that features
61 parking spaces.

Caveney also represented the buyer, Vision Land, LLC, on the purchase of a 13.3-acre retail land site at the southwest corner of 183rd Street and LaGrange Road in Orland Park. The buyer is in the process of updating the survey and early planning for a mixed-use commercial pad site. Chris Condon of John Greene Commercial represented the seller, Synergy Property Holdings.
