Lee & Associates of IL Renews Industrial Tenant Lease in Bedford Park

Lee & Associates has closed a lease renewal transaction for a 72,956-square-foot industrial unit located at 5025 W. 73rd Street, Unit B, in Bedford Park, Illinois.

Jeff Janda, SIOR and Brian Vanosky, Principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner.  Sally Macoicz of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, food manufacturer Synder’s-Lance, Inc. Snyder’s-Lance is the second largest salty snack maker in the country and is a subsidiary of the Campbell Soup Company.

The property is located near Midway Airport and is 13 miles from the Chicago Loop. The industrial park features speculative distribution and warehouse facilities sitting on a 24.99-acre site. The combined facilities feature a 32-foot clear height, 100 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 210 truck courts and are rail served.
