Lee & Associates of IL Negotiates Sale of St. Charles Industrial

Lee & Associates has negotiated the $1.19M purchase of 3800 Commerce Drive in St. Charles, Illinois, a 10,696-square-foot industrial building.

Andrew Block, executive vice president at Lee & Associates, represented the purchaser, Labels & Specialty Products. Michael Marconi and Marko Kaplarevic of Transwestern represented the seller, Voestalpine Eifeler Coatings. This will be the purchaser’s second facility and will accommodate their growth as they continue existing operations in their current 23,000-square-foot headquarters, also located in St. Charles.

“The new building is slated for L&SP’s expansion by offering a new line of products,” said Tom Tyndall, president of Labels & Specialty Products. “Andrew Block at Lee & Associates has worked tirelessly to find the right mix of space, infrastructure and proximity to our existing location. We are looking forward to the expansion in St. Charles as the Fox Valley is a great environment with an excellent talent base.”
