Lee & Associates of IL Negotiates Lease for Sunset Healthcare

Lee & Associates, a national commercial real estate provider, negotiated a new 54,153-square-foot lease to Sunset Healthcare Solutions at 2725 Alft Lane, Elgin, Illinois. The lease brings the building, which spans 108,307 square feet, to full occupancy.

Kenneth Franzese and John Cassidy, principals at Lee & Associates, represented the landlord, a private partnership. Sunset Healthcare Solutions was represented by David Haigh of NAI Hiffman.

Sunset Healthcare Solutions is a national manufacturer and distributor of medical respiratory equipment for hospitals and private homes. The company will be relocating from Bloomingdale to expand and enhance its manufacturing and production capabilities.
