Lee & Associates of IL Negotiates 210K SF Melrose Park Lease
Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, has negotiated a new lease transaction for a 210,524-square-foot industrial building located at 2525 Armitage Avenue in Melrose Park, Illinois.
Jeff Provenza, principal, at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, CCS Contractor Equipment & Supply LLC. Colin Green of CBRE represented the owner, Armitage 2525 LLC. “This was a great opportunity for my client to leverage the great labor force that Melrose Park has to offer,” said Provenza.
2525 Armitage Avenue was a former “compounding” or “batching” facility that included processing, mixing and packaging capabilities for the hair care industry. The facility also features a high-image office component and a state-of-the-art research and design area. The corporate campus is made up of seven unique buildings with building ages ranging from 1960 to 2009, totaling 534.000 square feet on nearly 20 acres.
