Lee & Associates of IL Completes Large O’Hare Industrial Sale

Lee & Associates of Illinois has closed the 101,577-square-foot sale of 701 Rohlwing Road in Itasca, Illinois. This is the largest user sale in the O’Hare submarket this year by both sale price and square foot.

Jeffrey J. Janda, SIOR and Jeff Galante, SIOR, principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, a private owner. Chris Nelson and Calvin Gunn, also principals at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the buyer, TR Property Management.

Built in 1985, the property is situated in close proximity to expressways offering easy access throughout Dupage County. The industrial asset features 12 exterior docks and two interior docks with levelers as well as four short-truck interior loading bays.
