Lee & Associates negotiated a new 39,224-square-foot lease of industrial space at 170 Thorndale Avenue in Bensenville, Illinois.

Dustin Albers, senior vice president at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Catalynt Solutions, Inc.“Catalynt needed to quickly secure an additional location near their existing Bensenville facility,” said Albers. “We were able to identify the ideal building just down the street and move fast to get the deal done, allowing Catalynt to continue growing their business.”

170 Thorndale Avenue is a 66,000-square-foot industrial property located just minutes from O’Hare Airport’s South air cargo entrance. Brian Colson and Brian Pomorski of Avison Young represented the owner, AMB Partners II Local, L.P. / Prologis.
