Lee & Associates NYC Relocates Headquarters to Midtown Office Tower 

Lee & Associates NYC has signed a sublease for 17,580 square feet at 1211 Avenue of the Americas, relocating its headquarters from 845 Third Avenue. The brokerage firm will occupy a portion of the 29th floor in the Midtown Manhattan office tower.  

1211 Avenue of the Americas was constructed in 1973 and renovated in 2008. The transaction was facilitated by a Lee & Associates NYC team led by Justin Myers and Dennis Someck, representing the firm, while Greg Herman, David Mosler, Dale Schlathler, and Bruce Mosler of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublandlord, Royal Bank of Canada.
