Lee & Associates NJ Transitions to WBE Brokerage

Lee & Associates New Jersey professionals have joined Lee & Associates – WBE, LLC, establishing the largest Woman-owned Business Enterprise commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New York Metropolitan area, according to a press release issued by the new firm. Led by Jessica Vasil, the firm’s president, alongside principals Richard Marchisio, Brian Lynch, and Jason Lynch, the team brings over 600 years of combined experience in commercial real estate.

The transition aims to support women in commercial real estate, a sector where female leadership is lacking. Lee & Associates – WBE received Women’s Business Enterprise National Council certification, enabling them to serve government agencies, businesses, healthcare networks, and property owners. The firm maintains the same quality service standards clients expect, with an added focus on achieving supplier diversity goals.

“Our executive team has always looked holistically at how the commercial real estate industry is changing and how we can make it better. Our transition to Lee & Associates – WBE provides our current and future brokers with additional opportunities to succeed while reinforcing our corporate culture of inclusion,” said Vasil.
