Lee & Associates Negotiates Retail Lease at Naperville Shopping Center 

Lee & Associates has negotiated a new 5,424-square-foot restaurant lease at 22 East Chicago Avenue in the heart of Naperville.

The space is located in the River District Shopping Center, adjacent to North Central College and the pedestrian-friendly riverwalk. The restaurant is expected to open in the second quarter of 2025.

The White Sheep, a breakfast and brunch restaurant, was represented by Rick Scardino, principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois. This will be the tenant’s second location, building on the success of its existing restaurant in Orland Park. The landlord, Bucksbaum Properties, LLC, was represented by Brooke Spinell of Mid-America Group and Tom Bernier of Bucksbaum.

“The Pappas family is excited to bring The White Sheep to Naperville after their great reception in Orland Park,“ said Scardino. “This wonderful concept will be an exceptional addition to Naperville’s dynamic downtown,” says Scardino, White Sheep’s exclusive broker.
