Lee & Associates Negotiates Land Sale for Planned Industrial Development

Lee & Associates has closed a $4.5 million sale transaction for four acres located at 11330 W. Melrose Avenue in Franklin Park, Illinois.

Jeff Provenza, principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Seefried Industrial Properties. Provenza and his team have also been retained for leasing. The seller was O’Brien Investment Group.

“This prime-infill location in the O’Hare Submarket benefits from I-294 frontage and visibility and a strong labor force,” said Provenza. “With 32’ ceilings and 14 exterior loading docks, this building will serve as a great new home for any company looking to operate in one of the strongest submarkets in the Chicagoland area.”

The proposed industrial development will feature 81,687 square feet of state-of-the-art industrial space. The project is expected to be delivered in the second quarter of 2027.
