Lee & Associates Negotiates Elk Grove Village Industrial Building Sale

Lee & Associates of Illinois has closed a $5.18 million sale transaction for a 39,879 square-foot building located at 1951 Lively Boulevard in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Dustin Albers, senior vice president at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Sonica International, Inc., a global logistics company. “Sonica International required a warehouse that could support its freight forwarding operations with an exceptionally high dock count—an uncommon feature among buildings in their target size range near Elk Grove Village,” said Albers. “After an extensive search, we identified 1951 Lively Boulevard, a property that perfectly aligned with their operational needs.

John D’Orazio, Jonathan Kohn, and Tommy Karnig of Colliers represented the seller, FD Venture Company, LLC. “The building’s abundant loading positions provided the functionality and efficiency critical to their business, allowing Sonica to secure a facility that supports both current operations and future growth,” added Albers.
