Lee & Associates Negotiates Buffalo Grove Industrial Sale

Lee & Associates has closed a $4.25 million sale transaction for a 51,088-square-foot industrial building located at 901 Deerfield Parkway in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.

Tom Boyle, principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Paragon Micro, Inc. Rick Hiton of Hiton & Associates represented the seller, Awaken CTTE, LLC. “We conducted a thorough examination of the market and found the ideal solution for the future of Paragon Micro Inc.,“ said Jeff Reimer, Founder, Paragon Micro Inc.

The 51,008-square-foot property was recently renovated in 2018. Paragon Micro is a full-service IT solution provider that specializes in computing hardware, software, and technology solutions.
