Lee & Associates Negotiates 44K-SF MOB Lease

EPIC Management and Beaver Medical Group is nearly doubling its footprint in the Inland Empire. It signed a long-term lease for a three-story office building encompassing 44,357 square feet in the Sundance Corporate Center in Beaumont, CA. It will include an urgent care center with expanded hours and services, laboratory services and radiology/imaging services.

Beaver Medical Group also plans to build a 36,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility on Sun Lakes Boulevard, near The Lakes Assisted Living and Memory Care retirement community in Banning, CA (pictured above). The two-story structure will house senior-focused primary care and specialty physicians.

Lee & Associates’ Tom Pierik represented the tenant. Lee & Associates’ Rich Erickson represented the property owner, Beaumont Sundance LLC.

The facilities are slated to open in 2019. Beaver Medical Group also negotiated an option to lease an additional 86,000 square feet of commercial real estate office space at the Sundance Corporate Center to support additional patient growth.
