Lee & Associates Negotiates 188K-SF Lease in Carol Stream

Lee & Associates negotiated a 188,142-square-foot new lease at 815 Kimberly Drive, Carol Stream, Illinois, bringing the building to 100% occupancy. The 406,000-square-foot property is in DuPage County and has easy access to I-290 and I-355.

The landlord, Prologis, was represented by principals Kenneth Franzese, SIOR, John Cassidy, SIOR, and Jay Farnam. The tenant, Bulldog Cartage, is undergoing an expansion from its primary location in Addison, which was represented by NAI Hiffman.
