Lee & Associates has announced the hiring of Michael Palazzone, Mendy Ruder and Willie Candler in the firm’s Atlanta office. All three will join the firm as associates.

Palazzone joins the team with five years of commercial real estate experience and a backround in investment analysis and financial services. He will focus on office leasing and tenant representation in the Midtown and Central Perimeter markets. Ruder will be working with Craig Viergever and Tyler Flemming, primarily pursuing tenant and landlord representation opportunities in the Northeast Atlanta Industrial Submarket. Candler will join the team as a Research Associate.
