Lee & Associates has opened its first Minnesota office. Located at 5353 Gamble Dr. in St. Louis Park, the office is headed by veteran brokers Chris Garcia, Jeff Minea, Duane Poppe and Kai Thomsen.

Garcia, ran his own brokerage firm and also worked for Northmarq (now Cushman & Wakefield). Minea worked with Garcia, Cushman & Wakefield, and Colliers International. Poppe’s background includes positions with Transwestern and Cassidy Turley, while Thomsen worked with Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield.
