Lee & Associates has expanded its presence in Nebraska by opening an office in Lincoln, led by Daniel Dutton and Daniel Goaley

Lee & Associates Grows Nebraska Presence with Lincoln Office

Lee & Associates has opened a new office in Lincoln, NE. The office will specialize in investment and retail, with plans to strategically recruit teams to grow capabilities in office and industrial.  

The Lee & Associates Lincoln team will be led by co-managing principals Daniel Dutton and Daniel Goaley. The founding team consists of Boomer Peterson as principal and Ammar Abu-Hamda as an associate. The Lee & Associates Omaha office will provide resources and assistance. 

Dutton, a 20-year industry veteran and Lincoln native, and Goaley, a 26-year industry veteran, founded Lee & Associates Omaha in March 2022. They represent landlords, sellers, tenants, and buyers throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, North & South Dakota and Texas. 

“With the proximity of Lincoln and Omaha and their importance to the state of Nebraska, we feel strongly that for continued growth, everyone in those communities work together towards that common goal,” said Dutton.
