Lee & Associates Expands to Cincinnati

SVN|RICORE Investment Management has become Lee & Associates Cincinnati. It’s the broker-owned services firm’s third outpost in Ohio, joining existing offices in Cleveland and Columbus.

Lee & Associates Cincinnati will continue to be led by the team of John Rickert, principal and executive managing director; Mark Fajack, CFO; Kim Stachler, VP of management services; and Joe Gilligan, director of brokerage services. Rickert said the decision to join the Lee network was made to take the SVN|RICORE platform, which provides leasing, management, construction and maintenance services, “to a higher level.”

Jeffrey Rinkov, Lee & Associates’ CEO, said the Cincinnati team has “an 18-plus-year track record of providing property management, receivership, leasing, tenant representation, property maintenance, and investment sale and general building construction services. I am delighted to welcome this office of nearly 50 real estate professionals to complete Lee & Associates expansion on the Ohio I-71 corridor.”
