Lee & Associates Expands Southern California Presence
Real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates has announced the opening of a new office in Downtown Los Angeles that will specialize in Industrial, Office and Investments. The company plans to recruit teams that will grow its capabilities in multifamily and retail as well.
The Lee & Associates Los Angeles – Downtown office, located at 1201 N. Main St., will be led by Jack R. Cline Jr. as President. The team consists of 13 professionals: Doug Cline, Tony Naples, Evan Jurgensen, Matt Eddy, Miles Solomon, Loren Kaplan, Everett Phillips, Mattison Behr, David Cox, Sam Rinkov and Allen Roman.
“This office represents a huge enterprise-wide win for our company. I am very enthusiastic about the growth potential of this office and the collaboration that will take place with our offices in the region and beyond,” said the firm’s CEO Jeffrey Rinkov.
