Commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates planted its flag in the Pacific Northwest, opening its first office in the state of Washington. Northwest Lee & Associates is headed by Jim Bowles, in partnership with Richard Peterson and Chris Peterson.

Bowles a 35-year veteran, has built and/or managed three of the four largest CRE companies in the Puget Sound region, including CBRE. Richard Peterson, with close to four decades of experience, founded Puget Sound Properties, and built the company to 40 agents with offices in Bellevue, Seattle and Tacoma. Chris Peterson has eight years of experience, completing sales transactions with gross considerations of more than $200 million.

“Lee & Associates has had its eyes on this region for a long time. We were waiting for the perfect team to open this office, and we have found that team in Jim, Richard, and Chris,” said Jeffery Rinkov, CEO of Lee & Associates.
