Lee & Associates DFW Negotiates 65,812 SF Industrial Lease in Fort Worth, TX

Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) has negotiated the industrial lease of a 65,814-square-foot property at 4395 Diplomacy Road, Fort Worth, TX.

Reid Bassinger and Trey Fricke of Lee & Associates DFW represented the Tenant, Shoppa’s Material Handling. Shoppa’s is Texas and Missouri’s source for industrial material handling equipment & Toyota forklifts. Shoppa’s has locations in Dallas/Ft Worth, Amarillo, Brownwood, Lubbock, Kansas City, Odessa, San Angelo, Saginaw & Wichita Falls. Adam Graham and Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates – Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Landlord.

The transaction comes on the heels of the same office closing on an industrial lease of 2,572 square feet at 777-797 N Grove Road in Richardson, TX. Jessica Reinhardt and George Tanghongs, SIOR, CCIM of Lee & Associates DFW represented the Landlord, Dallas North Industrial, LLC.

About Erik Hamilton

Erik Hamilton, who has more than 15 years in CRE journalism, is a former staff writer with the Los Angeles Times and the Orange County Business Journal. In addition to The Times and the OCBJ, he was also a reporter and editor for Crittenden Research, The San Bernardino Sun and UPI. Erik also worked six years in CRE public relations with Los Angeles-based Hoyt Organization, where he was a Senior Account Executive. He later joined Lee & Associates where he served as the Director of Corporate Communications. There ,in addition to his work with Lee’s CEO, he managed 57 offices nationwide and provided PR, social media and media training for the offices.
