The Dallas-Fort Worth office of Lee & Associates announced a 57,607-square-foot lease for Dogwood Industrial Properties (“Dogwood”) at 119 Regal Row, Dallas, TX. Located near Dallas Love Field Airport, the 182,149-square-foot facility, which is fully occupied, is equipped with 28’ clear height,10 trailer stalls, a sprinkler system, and a 115’ truck court.

“West Dallas, especially the Brookhollow submarket, is known for its historical occupancy of smaller tenants. The recent volatility in the market is turning that notion on its head. I was able to implement transaction management strategies to align their portfolio of properties and maximize cost savings,” said Stephen Williamson of Lee & Associates DFW.

David Sibley, manager of Dogwood’s acquisition, noted that the Brookhollow submarket is known for its urban landscape. But, the company believes the an industrial building in an urban setting can work. “Essentially, this is an industrial building in an urban setting. You don’t see that very often,” he said.
