Lee & Associates Completes Nine Sales Across SoCal

Lee & Associates completed nine sales transactions totaling roughly 88,700 square feet, located throughout Southern California. The total value of the recent sales is approximately $18.8 million, and includes the following deals:

-16001 Manning Way in Cerritos (pictured), a 16,344-square-foot industrial building was acquired by OTA America, LLC for more than $3.3 million. Lee & Associates’ Christopher Destino represented the seller and Daum’s Sam Chu represented the buyer.

-9070 Dice Road in Santa Fe Springs, a 13,356-square-foot new industrial building was purchased by Ferguson Property Enterprise, LLC for $2.99 million. Lee & Associates’ Christopher Destino represented the buyer and NGKF’s Mark Gleason of represented the seller.

-10805 Artesia Boulevard in Cerritos, a 15,337-square-foot industrial building was acquired by a PLETA Trust for $2.7 million. Lee & Associates’ Pat Delaney represented the buyer and Voit’s Mike Hefner represented the seller.

-730 S. Grand Avenue in Santa Ana, a 12,165-square-foot industrial building was bought by Capelli, LLC for $2.55 million. Lee & Associates’ Greg Diab represented the seller and Lee & Associates’ Jeff Gahagan represented the buyer.

-1220 E. Hunter Avenue in Santa Ana, an 8,732-square-foot industrial building was purchased by Tim Husband for $1.97 million. Lee & Associates’ Jeff Gahagan represented the buyer and Lee & Associates’ John Suggs represented the seller.

-651 W. Whittier Boulevard in La Habra, an 8,250-square-foot retail building was acquired by an unnamed private investor for $1.8 million. Lee & Associates’ Matt Orville and David Tabata represented the seller and CBRE’s Rupi Singh represented the buyer.

-4152 Katella Avenue in Los Alamitos, a more than 6,000-square-foot office building, was acquired by Becker & Ayele for $1.6 million. Lee & Associates’ Marshal Vogt and Matt Orville represented both parties.

-1305 S. Lyons Street in Santa Ana, a 4,553-square-foot industrial building was bought by Java Frost, Inc. for more than $1 million. Lee & Associates’ Jeff Gahagan represented the buyer and Lee & Associates’ Sean Ahern represented the seller.

-2556 W. Woodland Drive in Anaheim, a 4,028-square-foot office building was picked up by Pacific Voyager Group, LLC. for $940,000. Lee & Associates’ John Son represented the buyer and JLL’s Garrett McClelland represented the seller.
