Lee & Associates announced that SheWorks, a workspace and childcare community designed for working women and families, will open its first location at Old City Hall, 625 Commerce Street, in downtown Tacoma.

Harrison Laird and John Bauder, partners at Lee & Associates, represented the landlord, and Briana Hickey of Neil Walter Company represented the tenant. The new SheWorks location will occupy a little over 5,600 square feet of high-end workspace, along with childcare, within the remodeled historic Old City Hall buildings.

Scheduled to open in the fall of 2026, the space will feature flexible coworking memberships, private offices, conference rooms, collaborative work areas, and integrated childcare services. The opening of SheWorks highlights the continued leasing momentum at Old City Hall, with eight leases completed as part of the building’s ongoing revitalization. “SheWorks brings a fresh and meaningful addition to the growing energy in downtown Tacoma,” said Laird.
