Lee & Associates Brokers Sale of Greenlake Mixed-Use for $10M

Lee & Associates brokered the sale of Greenlake Pointe, a mixed-use multifamily property located at 1400 N 80th Street in Seattle, Washington, to a private investor for $10 million.

Lee & Associates represented the seller in collaboration with West Coast Commercial Realty. The Lee & Associates team of Candice Chevaillier, Daniel Lim, Sara Bago, and Dea Sumantri, in partnership with Blake Taylor of West Coast Commercial Realty, facilitated the transaction.

Greenlake Pointe is a mixed-use building with 21 residential units and three fully leased retail spaces, totaling 17,424 residential square feet and 3,248 retail square feet. Built in 2009 and ideally positioned steps from Green Lake, the property was meticulously maintained by its original developer and owner.

“We are thrilled that our client was able to achieve top dollar for this special asset and exchange into a well-located retail strip center with better cash flow and less management responsibility,” said Candice Chevaillier, Principal of Lee & Associates.
