Lee & Associates Brokers Sale of 149K-SF Industrial Facility in Greenville

Lee & Associates’ Atlanta office has brokered the sale of 74 Brookfield Oaks, a 148643-square-foot industrial facility in Greenville, S.C. The sales price was not disclosed. Randall Bentley, Kevin Bentley and Chad Stepp of Lee & Associates represented the seller, Hughes Commercial Properties, in the off-market transaction. The buyer was Pattillo Industrial Real Estate.

The facility was delivered in May 2020 and is currently 50% leased to The Home Depot. The property offers direct access to I-385 and I-85 and is eight miles from the Greenville Downtown Airport.

“We appreciate the opportunity to work with two very respected groups in Pattillo Industrial Real Estate and Hughes Commercial Properties,” said David Howard of Lee & Associates. “They were a pleasure to work with during the entire process and the attention to detail by both groups made the purchase one of the smoothest I have seen in many years.”
