Lee & Associates Brokers Operation Christmas Child’s Annual Temp Lease

Lee & Associates Maryland has brokered a 120,000-square-foot lease with Samaritan’s Purse International Relief within Tradepoint Atlantic in Baltimore County. The not-for-profit organization will utilize a space occupied by Pompeian Inc., as a temporary processing center for its annual Operation Christmas Child project.

Bill Harrison and Eric Skogmo with Lee & Associates, which has handled the assignment for many years, represented Samaritan’s Purse in the transaction.

Each year, Operation Christmas Child leases space in the Baltimore metropolitan region to receive, process and ship shoebox gifts to children in need.

“This requirement moved to Baltimore City last year after a long tenure in Howard County, and it has a home this year among the most high-profile projects in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region,” said Harrison. “When considering locations, we place a high degree of emphasis on a site that is easily accessible for the large number of employees necessary for this operation, as well as identifying a large block of space that is immediately available.”

Tradepoint Atlantic is a 3,300-acre logistics and maritime development located in the Sparrows Point section of Baltimore County.
