Lee & Associates | Maryland has brokered a lease with connectRN for 16,643 square feet of space at One East Pratt Street in Baltimore. The 10-story, 350,000-square-foot building that overlooks the Inner Harbor is owned and managed by Banyan Street Capital.

The transaction is a sub-lease with the International Youth Foundation. Bill Harrison and Will McCullough of Lee & Associates represented IYF in the negotiations.

One East Pratt Street features walkability to the central business district of Baltimore City and the Baltimore Convention Center, with more than 40 restaurants located within a four-block radius of the building. It is also positioned within minutes from Interstate 95, the Jones Falls Expressway, numerous hotels and public transit stops.

connectRN is a tech-enabled platform built to improve clinician’s lives through access to community, opportunity and support with headquarters in Boston. The Baltimore office will as serve as the connectRN sales hub and house approximately 80 employees.
