Lee & Associates Arranges Two Columbia Leases Totaling 12K SF
Lee & Associates has finalized two leases totaling 12,600 square feet at 8919 McGaw Court in Columbia, Maryland, bringing the 69,850 square foot industrial/warehouse building to full occupancy.
Chale Chile Galindo, LLC, a Latin grocery store, and Lids and Jars, LLC, a custom-printed container producer, each signed leases for 6,300 square feet. Both tenants are expected to move in later this year. The brokerage firm represented the owner, Buligo Capital, with Kate Jordan, Marley Welsh, and Samantha Eckels handling the transactions.
8919 McGaw Court features 19 and 20-foot clear ceiling heights, dock-high and drive-in loading docks, and a parking lot for over 40 vehicles and trucks. Its location at the intersection of Dobbin Road and McGaw Court offers access to BWI Airport, downtown Baltimore, and Washington, D.C.
