Lee & Associates Arranges Sale of Two Flex Condominiums in Maryland

Lee & Associates | Maryland has arranged the sale of two condominium units contained within 8229 Cloverleaf Drive, a single-story building containing nine separate units within the 41,036 square feet of space. The combined sales activity was nearly $1.9 million and involved private investors utilizing funds in a 1031 exchange.

Constructed in 1998, the building was converted to an office/warehouse condominium use and features nearly 18-foot ceiling heights and rear loading docks. The recent sales were for condominiums consisting of 3,244 and 11,605 square feet of space.  The property is located less than 10 miles from Baltimore-Washington International Airport and 15 miles from Annapolis.

Kate Jordan and Marley Welsh of Lee & Associates represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The firm has represented the owner in the sale of eight of the nine condos.
