Lee & Associations, Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, announces Katie Smith and Mary Doetterl have joined its growing team. Smith will serve as Marketing Manager and will oversee the strategic marketing efforts of the Houston office. As Industrial Research Manager, Doetterl is tasked with the market research efforts; capturing trends and insights into the greater Houston area’s industrial commercial real estate transactions. 

“Katie and Mary have spent their careers building a reputation of exceptional work product and industry knowledge,” said Lee’s Mike Spears.

Previously, Smith served at Stream Realty Partners where she elevated strategic design efforts and streamlined all marketing operations. Notably, Smith established the Empire West brand and marketing campaign, which was a finalist for the Houston Business Journal’s 2022 Landmark Awards. 

Doetterl comes to Lee & Associates – Houston with 30-plus years of professional experience. She previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield where she led their industrial research group.
