Lee & Associates Adds Three-Person Retail Team 

Maryland, a commercial real estate brokerage and management firm affiliated with the Lee & Associates network, has added a dedicated Mid-Atlantic Retail Sales and Leasing team. The team comprises Mark Mueller and Glenn Ulick, both named senior vice presidents, and Kaitlyn Thomas, who joins as associate.

With over 70 years of combined experience in retail real estate, the team aims to strengthen Lee & Associates’ presence and services in the Mid-Atlantic region. The move is part of Lee & Associates’ expansion strategy, leveraging the team’s expertise to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the robust retail asset class.
