Lee & Associates Adds 7 to its Roster
Lee & Associates – Houston expanded its team by seven, boosting its industrial, land and investment brokerage. The new hires include Stephen Hazen, who comes to the firm from Marcus & Millichap Inc. as director. The other six hired to the position of associates are:
- Mason Alsbrooks
- Drew Aston
- Justin Cole
- Feysal Edris
- Jeff Kuper
- Brandon Wuntch
The increase in personnel puts the Houston office at 35 brokers, from the initial 25 in 2016. The company also reported a transaction volume of more than $400 million (a 125% growth over 2016), totaling 35 million square feet of deals in office and industrial product.
“The Houston market is on an upswing, with more than six million industrial square feet under construction,” said Chris Lewis with Lee & Associates. “Adding these seven associates to our team is a true indicator of our office’s current and anticipated growth and success.”
