Ledo Launches Redevelopment of Moreno Valley Retail Center

Ledo Capital Group commenced a major refurbishment and rebranding of an existing 176,000-square-foot retail center situated on 50 acres of partially-developed land in Moreno Valley, CA. Formerly The Festival at Moreno Valley, Ledo recently acquired the freeway site and successfully re-entitled the vacant retail center to a mixed-use project incorporating a business park overlay.

The business park will total 424,791 square feet within four buildings, ranging from 39,512 to 212,680 square feet. The site is located off Heacock and Davis streets and Hemlock Avenue.

Completion of the project is set for Q1 2020. Several pads and existing buildings totaling 15 acres along the 60 Freeway are being offered to retail, entertainment, office, hotel and restaurant operators.

Connect Bay Area is coming up July 18, 2019 at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco. Get more information, and register to attend on this link.
