Leasing Veteran Donohoe Joins ML Realty Partners

Kevin Donohoe has joined ML Realty Partners as acquisition manager.  Donohoe (pictured) will focus on Chicagoland acquisition efforts for ML Realty, which specializes in industrial acquisition and development.

Donohoe comes to ML Realty with over 13 years’ experience. Most recently a senior leasing broker for Sterling Bay, he began his CRE career at Studley (now Savills US), where he was an assistant director. In between those two stints, he worked for Avison Young and MB Real Estate.

“We are very excited to welcome Kevin to our team at ML Realty Partners,” said SVP Patrick Shannon.  “Not only will he help bring a tighter focus to our acquisition efforts, but his market knowledge and leasing background will be invaluable to the firm.”
