Leasing Underway at Mio Apartments in Weymouth

Leasing is now underway at the recently developed Mio apartments, a transit-oriented multifamily project in Weymouth. The property was jointly developed by Marcus Partners and John M. Corcoran and Co.

Located at 39 Trotter Road in Weymouth, the property is nearby the commuter rail and features easy access to Route 18. The community features modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, quartz countertops, Nest learning thermostats, in-home washers & dryers, oversized windows and high-efficiency plumbing.

The first phase of the project will be ready for occupancy in Mid-October, with additional buildings in the Mio community under construction for delivery in Q1 2021. The development includes a total of 6,100 square feet of retail space, in both phases.
