Village at Gateway

Leasing Underway at Massive Forney Mixed-Use Development

StreetLevel Investments, a Texas-based developer, announced that its first tenants have opened at Village at Gateway, a multi-phase 152-acre mixed-use development in booming Forney, Texas.  Located at North Gateway Boulevard and U.S. Highway 80 in the 2,000-acre Gateway master planned development, Phase 1 will feature 750,000 square feet of premium retail, entertainment and restaurants. groundbreaking was November 2024. Village at Gateway is the largest ground-up retail development in the Southwest United States.

Designed by GFF with Ridgemont Commercial Construction serving as the general contractor, Village at Gateway is anchored by Target, Home Depot and H-E-B.  Upon full completion, it will feature an additional 120,000 square feet of retail, service, and restaurant concepts.  It will also include nine outparcels, future multi-family residential.  

David Copeland and Ryan Griffin of Edge Realty Partners are handling retail leasing and sales at the property.
